What is shipped
Shipping applies to physical wellness products such as Thera-C. Health screening packages are clinic services and do not require delivery.
Delivery areas and charges
- West Malaysia: RM10 flat-rate shipping.
- East Malaysia, including Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan: RM12 flat-rate shipping.
- Orders outside the configured Malaysian delivery areas cannot currently be completed through checkout.
The delivery charge shown in the checkout order summary is the charge that applies to that order.
Delivery timing
Delivery timing varies by destination and order handling. A fixed delivery timeframe is not currently published. If your order is time-sensitive, contact the care team before purchasing for the current estimate.
